WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours and shipped within 72 hours. We are unable to offer same-day shipping. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped Standard Ground and usually arrive within one to seven business days depending on the delivery distance from our warehouse in Texas.

Carriers
We utilize multiple ground carriers to ensure we are able to ship most economically. Carriers may include; USPS, SpeeDee, UPS, FEDX, and multiple LTL carriers depending on destination region.

Backorders
We strive to fill every order in its entirety. However, in the event an item is not available at the time of shipment it will automatically be canceled from your order and you will be notified by email. You will not be charged for the canceled item(s). If you still wish to order the item(s) you must reorder. Check the website www.hawkhunting.com for product availability.

International Shipments
We do not ship products internationally direct to consumers. However, we may have Distributors and Dealers in countries outside of the US & Canada. Check our dealer locator for more information

Alaska and Hawaii
We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however, due to the additional freight requirements these orders cannot be processed online. To inquire about an order to these destinations please click the Contact Us tab.

Canceling or Changing an Order
Due to the automated nature of our fulfillment system, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been submitted. GSM Outdoors reserves the right to deny any return. Additional exclusions may apply. If you’d like to request a replacement for a defective product under warranty, please fill out our form for warranty replacement.
