SHIPPING AND RETURNS
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours and shipped within 72 hours. We are unable to offer same day shipping. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
All orders are shipped Standard Ground and usually arrive within one to seven business days depending on delivery distance from Michigan.
HAWK HUNTING utilizes multiple ground carriers to ensure we are able to ship most economically. Carriers include; USPS, SpeeDee, UPS, FEDX and multiple LTL carriers depending on destination region.
We strive to fill every order in its entirety. However, in the event an item is not available at the time of shipment it will automatically be canceled from your order and you will be notified by email. You will not be charged for the canceled item(s). If you still wish to order the item(s) you must reorder. Check the website www.hawkhunting.com for product availability. International Shipments – We do not ship product internationally direct to consumers. However, we may have Distributors and Dealers in countries outside of the US & Canada. Check our dealer locator for more information. Alaska and Hawaii – We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however, due to the additional freight requirements these orders cannot be processed online. Will Call Orders
HAWK HUNTING does allow Will Call Orders to be processed online. If you would like to place a Will Call order please Contact HAWK HUNTING Customer Service at 810-626-3026. Will Call Orders are subject to a 2-day pick-up window agreed upon at the time of order placement. Failure to pick up the order within the agreed upon window will result in additional handling fee’s added to the order total. Fees are assessed at 10% of order total and compound per day. Will call orders must be paid and processed the day the order is placed.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours except where the order has already shipped. To qualify for return, merchandise must be in 100% new condition with original packaging/cartons to qualify for a refund. For items that are returnable, returns must be made within 8 days of receipt. Written authorization with a RA# is required for returns to be accepted. RMA Authorization is required for any return to be accepted, for any reason. RMA number should be clearly and legibly printed on the top or side of the return packaging (i.e. RMA #123456). To acquire about an authorized RMA claim number, please make contact with a LIVE Customer Service Agent via our online chat at www.hawkhunting.com , e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call Customer Service at 810-626-3026. You may also fill out a Return Authorization Form available at www.hawkhunting.com. You will receive complete return instructions and return shipping address at the same time you receive you RMA Claim Number. Returns will be subject to inspection and full discretion of HAWK HUNTING. Please package your return properly to avoid damage at your expense. We do not refund shipping for returned orders, except when incorrect item was sent. Upon receipt of returned item, item’s purchase price (minus shipping) will be refunded.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Due to the automated nature of our fulfillment system, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been submitted. HAWK HUNTING reserves the right to deny any return. Additional exclusions may apply.
