Where can I register my HAWK® treestand?

What is the Weight limit of my HAWK® Treestand?

All 1-Man Hang-On, climbing and ladder treestands have a weight limit of 300-LB. All 2-Man Ladder treestands have a weight limit if 500-LB

Do HAWK treestands come with a Safety Harness or Lifeline?

All HAWK treestands come with a Full Body Safety Harness. HAWK also recommends using a lifeline to stay connected every time when climbing.

Can I cancel my order?

We may be able to cancel your order but can only do this by telephone. Please call us at  877-269-8490 as soon as possible after you have placed your order. Otherwise it may be too late, as we try to process and get orders out the door as quickly as possible.

Can I return my hawkhunting.com purchase for a refund for exchange?

Hawk does not accept returns or exchanges. If you have questions before placing an order, be sure to contact our customer service department for assistance.

What is HAWK’s Warranty Policy?

We stand behind every product we make, which are backed by a ONE YEAR WARRANTY. This product is warrantied against any manufacturer defect in material and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from date of purchase from an Authorized Retailer. Warranties will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of HAWK®, no extra labor costs assumed. Damages caused by freight carriers, improper installation, misuse, collision, or neglect will not be covered under warranty. HAWK® requires the original receipt for any warranty claims.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

HAWK BOX BLINDS by GSM Outdoors, LLC products are manufactured with superior quality standards and workmanship and are backed by our limited lifetime warranty. Hawk warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the product is owned by the original consumer purchaser, subject to the limitations set forth herein.

The warranty applies only to the original retail consumer and requires the consumer to supply a copy of the original proof of purchase (sales receipt) at the time of all warranty service requests. Proof of serial number(s) must be produced for warranty. If an original defect is found, we will, at our option, send replacement pieces to repair and/or replace the product at our discretion. To request a warranty, return authorization please call customer service at 877.269.8490 or email to [email protected]

This Limited warranty does not apply to: (a)defects caused by normal wear and tear. (b)failures due to storms, high winds, floods, or other acts of God (c) asserted defects caused by modifications and/or misuse of product. Hawk shall have no liability for the cost of installation or removal of the defective product, and/or the cost of labor required to complete the installation of the replacement product.

How do I return and item for a refund or repair?

To return a HAWK item that you purchased from a store, please contact the original store to inquire about their individual Returns policy.

Does HAWK sell direct?

HAWK does sell direct to individuals online within Canada and the USA.

Can I place a backorder on hawkhunting.com?

Unfortunately, we do not accept back orders at this time.
We update our website regularly as products become available throughout the season, so please do check back on hawkhunting.com stay updated.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We make every effort possible to get your order processed and shipped in a timely fashion. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of order placement. If an item on your order is backordered or out of stock, you will be contacted by a HAWK customer service associate to discuss alternative options. Please advise during Sept-Nov orders may take up to 7 days to process due to high volume orders.

How do I track my order?

If you have entered a valid email address through the checkout process you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number when your shipment is processed.

What method do you use to ship your products?

All of our orders are shipped via UPS. Standard Ground, 2-Day or Overnight deliveries are available. Please note that expedite shipments do not deliver during weekends. Additional charges do apply for express shipments, oversized items and/or duties & customs into Canada.

How do I become a HAWK® Hunter (Field/Pro Staff)?
